Computer Graphic Images CGI

Welcome to the new millennium. Nearly every film that comes out of a major studio or high-profile independent company uses some sort of CGI somewhere. Whether it's big and obvious—such as putting Tom Hanks in the same shot as John F. Kennedy in Forrest Gump, adding tigers to the arena in the Academy Award-winning Gladiator, or even sinking the Titanic—or small and subtle, such as changing the color of the sky or the type of plane being flown in the finale of Independence Day, computer effects are here to stay. But how do you get involved? Let's take a look.
